Founding Partner

Billy Goldberg, Principal

After decades inside leadership teams, boardrooms, and turnarounds across a range of industries, Billy has developed an ability to identify the underlying dynamics that drive optimal organizational outcomes. Using proprietary frameworks developed over two decades, Billy combines his fluency in multiple industries together with foundational organizing principles to be a source of trusted guidance and a catalyst for growth.

Private equity firms, C-Suite leaders, and key stakeholders engage Billy when the situation calls for more than conventional advice. Billy excels when dynamics are complex, the stakes are high, and the path forward isn't particularly obvious. As principle of TBG, he operates best behind the scenes: architecting the small changes that create seismic impact. His approach is hands-on and heart-centered, putting people at the center of every solution.

Based on the same philosophy but with a highly customized, personal approach, Billy also takes on CEOs and Founders for one-to-one advisory.
